What We Do

Septic Installation & Replacement

One certified crew for the whole job — soil evaluation, permit, install, and final inspection. New systems and full replacements, built right the first time. We install and replace septic systems — we don't do pump-outs or routine tank servicing.

01

Septic Installation

New conventional and pressure-distribution systems for new builds, additions, and off-grid property. Permit to final inspection, handled.

02

Tank Replacement

Cracked, rusted, collapsed, or undersized tank? We pull the old one, dispose of it properly, set the new one, and get it re-inspected — usually in a day or two.

03

Drain Field Installation

Standing water, odors, or soggy ground mean a failing field. We design and build a new one sized to your soil and household.

04

Engineered & Advanced Systems

When Bluegrass clay, shallow bedrock, or karst won't take a conventional system, we install ATU, mound, and drip systems built to an engineer's spec.

05

Septic Inspections

Buying or selling a home on septic? Most lenders — and nearly all FHA/VA loans — require an inspection. We provide a clear written report.

06

Perc Test Coordination

Thinking about a piece of land? Before you close, we coordinate the soil evaluation and percolation test so you know it'll support a system — and what type.
